the move between the company's premises in Apc, Vasút út (Railway Road) and the new site was completed. Now 100% of the production takes place here. The new 17,000-square metre production base and the machinery installed will allow the continuation and expansion of the high quality production technology and other product-focused developments carried out in cooperation with the car manufacturers.

CSABAcast Light Metal Casting Ltd. (2008- )
CSABAcast inaugurated its new plant in Apc, equipped with technology and machinery that meets the highest technical and quality standards. The 17,000-square metre production base, built as part of the greenfield investment, will be used to expand light metal casting, the company's core activity. The HUF 5.6 billion investment, carried out with the support of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA), will create 130 new jobs.

CSABAcast Ltd. buys 84.000 m2 of industrial land to be developed, plans the new production halls and submits the relevant permit plans to the authorities, about 1 km from its leased site in Apc (Heves County), directly next to Road 21. The aim is to build and open the independent site by 1 January 2017 at the latest.

CSABAcast Ltd. purchases production equipment, other machinery and tools from the liquidator of ADAcast Ltd. and will take over the employees of ADAcast Ltd. in liquidation. The main objective is to regain the confidence of customers, thereby regaining markets and orders, continuously improve the technologies used for production, thus further improving quality, while maintaining a profitable operation.

ADAcast Ltd. accumulates substantial debts to its creditors, operates at an extremely high loss and goes into liquidation. CSABAcast Ltd. is then established to continue the activities of the liquidated ADAcast Ltd. by completely reorganising and rationalising its operations. Initially, CSABAcast Ltd. will lease the production equipment and employees from ADAcast Ltd. in liquidation.

In this year, the former owner Georg Fischer AG sells the Apc plant to two companies owned by a Hungarian and an Austrian individual. The two private individuals rename the company directly owning the Apc plant ADAcast Light Metal Casting Ltd.

Georg Fischer Mössner Light Metal Casting Ltd. (1999-2003)
In this year, the Swiss Georg Fischer Group takes over the German Mössner Group's plants, including the Apc plant. The company is then called Georg Fischer Mössner Light Metal Casting Ltd.

ADA Aluminium Pressure Die Casting Ltd (1993-1998)
The German Mössner Group acquires a majority stake in the Apc plant, which it increases to 100% in 1996.
