The main activity of CSABAcast Light Metal Casting Limited Liability Company is the production, surface treatment, processing and assembly of aluminium die castings. Our customers are mainly European, mostly German, car manufacturers and some automotive system suppliers, but we also supply aluminium components to a number of companies not operating in the automotive industry, among them Buderus GmbH, a member of the Bosch Group, and the Miele Group.
In addition to manufacturing, our design team also designs components, as well as moulding tools and equipment. We have also been supplying the VW Group with parts developed in-house, which gives the team great pride. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied; we hope to have the opportunity to develop new products in the future.
The CSABAcast Light Metal Foundry Limited Liability Company was established on 9 July 2008 to continue the activities of the ADAcast Light Metal Foundry Limited Liability Company, which was in liquidation, to continue the high technical production of the company, which has a long history of several decades, and to preserve jobs.
CSABAcast Ltd. is not the legal successor of the former ADAcast Ltd. but is a completely independent legal entity which carried out the reorganisation by taking over the professional staff, purchasing the production equipment, concluding new contracts with customers and, at the same time, completely restructuring and rationalising purchasing, production, sales and management.
CSABAcast Ltd was profitable in the first four years after its establishment and has been profitable every year since.
Today, CSABAcast Ltd's capital structure is fully in line with international standards and its liquidity position is stable.
In 2015, the company purchased 84,000 m2 of developable industrial land directly adjacent to Road 21, about 1 km from its leased premises in Apc (Heves County), designed its new production halls and submitted the relevant building permit plans to the authorities. The objective was to build the independent site and to open it as soon as possible.
Since 2018, we have been operating on a stand-alone site.
The move has made a significant difference to the life of the company and everyone involved. It was a big step; the next stage in our dynamic growth. Our growth has been significant in recent years, increasing our capital strength and stabilising our market position.
